The entire property is booked out to a single party with the following applicable tariff:-

- All meals i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the above tariff.
- Plus 18% G.S.T. on room tariff.
- 100% payment upfront in order to confirm

Children 5 yrs & under: no charge at all.
Kids charges - 6-12 yrs at INR 2000 plus GST
Rs. 4000/- per additional guest.
Drivers & Personal Staff (bnb) 1200/- night

Trekking Guide for Local 1/2 day trek 400/-

Cancellation Policy:
- Date of booking - 31 days before arrival: 25 % cancellation fee on the total booking amount
- 30 Days - 15 Days: 50 % cancellation fee on the total booking amount
- Within 14 days from date of arrival: No refunds
