The entire property is booked out to a single party with the following applicable tariff:-

- Breakfast is included in the above tariff.
- Plus 18% G.S.T. on room tariff.

Meal prices per adult:
Lunch: 450/-
Dinner : 640/-
Trout Meals on request : 1000/-

Children 5 yrs & under: no charge at all.
Children 6-12 yrs:
Lunches : 200/-
Dinners: 300/-

Coke & Diet Coke: Rs. 30/- per Can/bottle
Bottled Water: Rs. 30/- per Bottle

Extra beds/mattresses:
Age 6-12 : 935/-
Age 13+ : 2300/-

Drivers & Personal Staff (bnb) 1200/- night
Tour Leaders: 1200/- night

+ 5% GST on all Meals

Summer Season 2024: 1st April - 30th June – HIGH SEASON

Monsoon Season 2024: 1st July - 30th September. – LOW SEASON

Autumn Season 2024: 1st October - 15th November - HIGH SEASON

Winter season 2024 - 2025. 16th November - 31st March. – LOW SEASON

NOTE: Christmas & New Year are considered High Season. (24th Dec up to & including 2nd Jan.).

Cancellation Policy For Room Bookings:
Cancellation prior to 30 days, full refund.
Cancellation between 30 & 10 days, 50% refund or full amount can be rolled over as a deposit for a future booking. This option is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation after 10 days prior to check-in, no refund, unless agreed due to exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy For Retreats:
Cancellation prior to 2 months, full refund.
Cancellation between 2 - 1 month 50% refund, or full amount can be rolled over as a deposit for a future booking. This option is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
After 1 month from date, no refund.
